Two of my Magnolia cards will be published in the next issue of our local scrapbook magazine *Papeles y Más*... and one of them is this one:
I thought it would be nice to create something different to my usual style...
A *simpler* and a little bit *manly* card. I thought it would be nice to create something different to my usual style ;)
And to add a little bit more fun, I did it in 3D and added embroidery floss to the balloons. The sentiment is chipboard by Make It Crafty, which I colored with Copics. And Edwin was colored with Prismacolor Pencils and Mineral Spirits.
Anyway, I can't wait for the magazine to be published and see what the rest of the ladies did! It sure is going to be a terrific issue :-)
Thanks for stopping by! ~xoxo~

A Valentine's Card
Hey lovelies,
Here's my latest Magnolia creation... a Valentine's Card!
This is the lovely Tilda with Bunny Balloon from the latest Lost & Found Collection, which I colored her with Prismacolor Pencils.
Papers are by AC, the sentiment is Magnolia, flowers are Magnolia and Wild Orchid Crafts, and the folded heart tags are Doo Hickeys by Magnolia. The rest are trims, seam binding, brads, pearls, washi tape, cheese cloth, doily, and stickles to add some sparkle ;-)
Thanks for stopping by!! ~xoxo~

Happy New Year & A Calendar!
Happy New Year everyone!!
I am so happy that the new year is here! To me it means a *new start*... *new beginnings*... *refreshed expectations*!
And what a better way to start the new year with a calendar craft ;-)
I made this cutie a frame/shadow box like with lots of 3D-mensional stuff...
Even on Tilda I did a paper piecing technique (wings), so that she looked 3D-mensional too!
And on the back it has a pocket to store calendar pages and/or any other thing that you want ;-)
This was really fun and easy to put together, and I hope that you find it inspirational! Below is a video tutorial that I did not so long ago on how to make this shadow box. I hope that you like it too! :-)
And make sure to leave a comment and/or subscribe to both my blog and You Tube Channel ok? ;-)
Happy Crafting!!
